Terms and conditions for bookings, requests and hotel services.
Scope and contract partner
These terms apply to hotel accommodation, packages, meeting and event requests and related hotel services at guestified. GRAND AIRPORT Hotel Düsseldorf Ratingen, unless a separate written agreement applies.

Bookings, prices and payment.
The exact booking conditions, prices and cancellation rules shown in the booking engine, offer or booking confirmation take priority for the individual reservation.

| Rooms | Booked rooms are provided in the confirmed room category. A claim to one specific room exists only if this has been expressly confirmed by the hotel. |
| Prices | Guests must pay the agreed prices for the booked rooms, packages and additional services. Prices include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. |
| Payment and guarantee | The hotel may request a valid payment method, prepayment, deposit or security guarantee according to the booking or offer conditions. |
| Cancellation and no-show | Cancellation deadlines, no-show rules and possible charges depend on the selected rate, package, group agreement or event offer and are shown in the confirmation. |
| Changes | Changes to dates, room numbers, guest numbers, services or length of stay are subject to availability and may change the price. |
Arrival, departure and house rules.
The hotel provides personal support as well as optional digital self check-in and check-out services where available.

| Arrival and departure | Unless otherwise confirmed, rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. |
| Self check-in and PIN access | Digital check-in, check-out and PIN access are optional services. Access codes are personal and may not be passed to unauthorized third parties. |
| No smoking | Smoking, e-cigarettes, shishas and similar products are not permitted in hotel rooms or non-smoking indoor areas. Cleaning or damage costs may be charged after a violation. |
| Hotel property | Guests are responsible for damage, heavy soiling or loss caused by themselves, accompanying guests or visitors. |
| Parking | Providing a parking space does not create a safekeeping agreement. The hotel is liable for vehicles and items left in vehicles only according to statutory rules. |
Meetings, groups and Park, Sleep & Fly.
Meeting rooms, group stays, restaurant requests and Park, Sleep & Fly packages are planned individually and are only binding after confirmation by the hotel.

Liability, law and final rules.
Statutory rights remain unaffected. Mandatory consumer protection rules apply where they cannot legally be excluded.

| Liability | The hotel is liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health and for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In other cases, liability is limited according to statutory rules. |
| Force majeure | If events outside the hotel's control make performance impossible or unreasonable, the hotel may cancel or adjust the affected service according to legal requirements. |
| Governing law | German law applies. If the customer is a merchant or legal entity under public law, the legally permitted place of jurisdiction applies. |
| Severability | If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The statutory rules apply in all other respects. |
